gaps that may have been caused due to treatments or everyday wear and
tear, on the hair shaft and helps strengthen your locks by increasing
its elasticity. This in turn helps the hair look smoother by improving
the hair texture.

Quantity

1) For best results start with clean, unconditioned, dry hair. Full coverage shades work best with pre-bleached platinum to medium blonde hair. For natural brown, dark blonde, virgin hair the application will add a tint of the shade. So prepare your hair based on the saturation of shade you desire.

2) Wear protective gloves and pour the desired amount into a bowl. PonyTres Semi-Permanent Hair Dyes come
pre-mixed and you don’t need to mix anything to them for application.

3) Section hair into small even sections (front to back and side to side) and secure with clips. Begin working the colour into one-inch-wide strands. Start at the root, applying colour evenly through till the ends using the applicator brush.

4) Massage the colour into each strand using your fingers from root to tip to ensure even distribution. Leave Full Coverage shades in for 30 minutes. No heat/cap required. For more intense colour, longer lasting results, leave colour in for 1-2 hours. It will not damage your hair as it does not contain any harsh chemicals or bleach.

- Will the hair color turn out like the reference images? And if not then how do I determine the result?
We know we’ve said this before, but we’re saying it again because if therapy has taught us anything valuable, it is to manage expectations. The shade you see in the jar of color won’t be exactly the same when
applied to the hair. There will be differences in the hue, shade,
saturation in the final result. The reference images are to help you
understand the basic color you want to go for, the shade post
application may or may not turn out the same as the reference images. We suggest you test out the color on a few strands before an all-over application to understand the way your hair reacts to the color.

- Can I color my hair without bleaching it?

Yes, you can. However the color won’t show up in its full saturation. It will look more like a tint that is visible when light hits it depending on the natural shade of your hair.

- What color will work best for my hair?

The results of each color application depend on various factors and characteristics of the hair it is applied to. For ex: The porosity, condition (whether it’s pre-treated or not), texture of hair all contribute towards the final appearance of the applied hair color. In terms of application, full coverage shades work best on pre-bleached platinum blonde/ medium blonde hair.
